Your Patient has indicated that they would like to have their case assessed and a written, itemised treatment plan presented. There is no commitment to proceed with treatment

Treatment Plan and Implant placement only

You want your patient to have their case planned, any necessary augumentation and their dental implant(s) placed by us so that you can restore them yourself

Full Case to completion

You want us to take care of the whole implant placement and restoration. Your patient will be returned to you only having had the treatment that you have requested.
